Leader 1.Serves people. 2.The goal is to empower others to meet needs. 3.Draws fulfillment from equipping others to do the work. 4.Plays offense to make progress. 5.Creates opportunities to mentor others. 6.Focus is on long-term vision. 7.Equips others
