Some consumer rights… A consumer has the right to: Expect that goods and services will be safe and of good quality Be given the correct information about goods and services Be able to choose what to buy, where to buy, when to buy Complain be listened to Receive fair treatment Refund, exchange or repair if product is of bad quality Expect labels to show contents, quantity and quality of the goods purchased
