9. School Staff The school has a number of 55 teachers and 724 students. The headmaster of our school is Mr. Virginel Iordache who is a Physics teacher. Our teachers and students are involved in projects such as ECO- SCHOOL. The purpose of the school is to educate students to protect the environment selecting waste collection and maintaining cleanliness in the school and also in the local community. 10. “Appreciate, protect and act”, reflects on the one hand the attitude that we should have towards the environment, but also it is necessary for us to get involved in current activities. This code is known by most of the students, being posted on Eco panels on the college halls, and in classrooms. Computer Science College

14. Multilateral Comenius Project Life is a scene, let’s create our play! ‘Life is a scene, let’s create our play’ is a multilateral Comenius Project which was approved in 2010. It was a great collaboration of six countries: Turkey, the coordinator, Spain, Greece, Romania, Poland and Austria. The methods of the project were perfectly suitable for Environmental Education and could easily be integrated into school curriculums. Methods also left room for individual creativity, new thoughts, and focus on deeper understanding through the participants’ own ways of thinking and problem- solving. Moreover, our work plan was very-well prepared and managed to draw all of the participants’ attention. They actively participated in all activities of the project. Computer Science College

15. Thanks to all activities of the project, students had the chance to express their ideas and feelings about the themes. For instance, designing costumes from recycled materials made students concentrate on the importance of recycling and its contributions to the nature and the economy of the countries. They developed both their creativity and ability in handcrafts. The activities also helped them to improve their ability to speak English, to work with ICT, knowledge of geography, art, music, graphics, photography. Computer Science College
