1. OXY’s Cascade Canyon Road Road is being constructed entirely on private land owned by OXY and will have no public access Road is being constructed to significantly reduce travel time between wells and decrease traffic on County and other roads –Provides safer access for our employees and contractors –Reduces vehicle miles and energy usage –Decreases vehicle trips on public roads Road does not provide access to the BLM’s Roan Plateau Planning Area This road is part of OXY’s overall goal to limit the impact of our operations to adjacent landowners and the traveling public and provide a safe work environment for our employees and contractors –Use of this road coupled with the availability of temporary housing for workers (via Special Use Permit application to Garfield County) will assist us in meeting this goal
