5. Sample Anecdote I believe in making good food. Just yesterday, after my morning coffee I ambled into the kitchen. I placed the seasoned cast iron grill pan on the high flame and put together my list of carefully chosen ingredients. First, the aioli! I flattened the white, thinly papered clove and tossed it into the food processor. I spooned the rich mayonnaise in after it. I carefully chopped the remaining cilantro from the produce drawer and added it to the party. Next the juicy, ripe lemon: first sliced, then aggressively squeezed it into the bowl. Salt. Pepper. Cayenne pepper, of course. And WHIRRRRRRRRR! Delicious.
