Enter self evaluation comments 4.Enter your self evaluation comments related to your goals in the Overall Comments field 5.Click Save to save the comments 6.Click Submit Review to submit your comments to your manager Note: Goals from the performance plan and any additional goals added by your manager display. Identify areas for improvement. Work with Tom on marketing strategy to address these items.
