3. Our Goal… Increase our current team size of (insert team size average) to 15! Recruiting more people to Relay = more life-saving doantions!

4. …the Results! Do the Math! 15- 12= 3 people per team Find your NEW Revenue! 3 x $256 = $768 to each Relay Team! Total Income to our Relay! $768 x 14 = $10,752!!

5. Wait- my team already has 15 members! What Now? Your Team can still participate simply by following the monthly recruitment challenge and recruit 3 new members!

6. THE CHALLENGE: 3 NEW Relayers per Team Each month we have the opportunity to expose more people to Relay! November– Give Thanks for Relay & recruit ONE friend or family member over turkey and cranberry sauce! December – ‘This the Season to recruit ONE co-worker at the office Holiday Party! January- New Year= New You! Recruit ONE walking buddy to Relay! February – Join our “Falling in Love” with Relay celebration for our recruitment successes!! Invite your THREE new Relayers to bring a friend!

7. BONUS Opportunity: Adopt a Survivor! Fun Fact: Survivors on teams raise on average 117% more donations than Relayers who are not survivors! How does it work? Each team will receive 5 survivors from last year’s Relay Assign a team member to call the survivors and ask them to join your Relay Team If the survivor declines, invite the survivor to visit your campsite at Relay

8. How does the Challenge Work? 1. Share the guidelines with your team 2. Assign each monthly challenge to 3-4 members of your team 3. Ensure each new team member understands the requirements of being a Relayer (committement fee, minimu $100) 4. Guide the new members to sign-up online 5. New members start fundraising!
