3. FOCUS CLUB CRITERIA  Achievement, maintenance and renewal of ECB Clubmark Accreditation.  Membership of CAG  Participation in NatWest CricketForce annually  Regular attendance at development group meetings  Willingness to host representative games and training sessions, within reason.

4. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT  Encouraging clubs to increase coaching base and upskill existing coaches  Accessing funding to support this  Promoting succession policy at all clubs  Employment opportunities for young club members

5. FACILITY DEVELOPMENT  County Board Facility Strategy  Advising clubs on ECB Grants and other funding opportunities  Identifying priorities (clubs/type of project)  Supporting applications to ECB
