6 Staffing tasks 1981-1982 FT Staff sent all OCLC requests, educated patrons, solved problems Students typed and twxed requests, photocopied, notified patrons, filed, opened mail, etc. 2001-2002 FT Staff administer work flow, solve problems, educate patrons Students send OCLC requests, notify patrons, photocopy, Ariel, etc.

12 Needed Improvements Reduce steps in working with article requests after received Allow more mapping of elements to forms ie faculty requests Web version needs to be more robust
