3.  1.2 million limited English proficient (LEP) students from the 38 WIDA member states are loaded into the WIDA Assessment Management System (AMS) for the spring 2016 test administration.  28 states are testing predominately online.  3 states are testing predominately on paper.  7 states (including Virginia) are testing both online and on paper. 3
