4. About the alumni unit: was established following a decision made by the Board of Trustees on 26-9-2005; it started its work on 5-12-2005. location: It is located on the 2nd floor of The Student Activities Building- Old Campus- An-Najah National University..

5. The unit is composed of the following sections: 1- Employment Section. 2- Training and Guidance Section. 3- Department of Student Research. 4- Department of Counseling and Guidance. 5- Department of Opinion Polls and Research. 6- Department of Archives and Information.

6. The Alumni association services are summarized by: A. Preparing the graduate students to get engaged in the labour market through different training courses in different fields. B. Helping the graduate students to get jobs that are convenient within the domains of their fields of specialization. C. Helping the companies and institutions that seek employees to reach the graduates easily.

7. D. Building a database of An-Najah University's graduate students. E. Communicating with the graduate students through the different means of communication to promote the students’ relationship with their university. F. Marketing students' research. G. Helping new students in choosing their specialization and graduates in getting an appropriate job.

8. The alumni unit offer its services to those graduates who are not from An-Najah University through : 1- the information published on the Alumni website. 2- Helping the students in certain demanded fields. 3- Offering advice and guidance.

9. the selection for working graduates : - The company or its representative performs the interview in the Alumni Unit. - The company holds the interview in its private office - By telephone. - Through video conferences.
