3 + Student Benefits Honors diploma = competitive edge for transfer Smaller class sizes (capped at 17) Access to additional scholarship funds Priority Registration Intellectually stimulating, challenging courses

4 + Student Benefits Opportunities for service learning, experiential learning, leadership Community-building events and workshops Interact with motivated peers and dynamic faculty Potential agreements with 4 year schools’ Honors programs

5 + Honors Classes Two Options: Dedicated Honors sections Open to Honors and non-program students Taught from Honors syllabus Non-program students can apply with Course Permission form (space permitting) Honors by Contract Open to Honors program students only Contract with eligible faculty Adds Honors components to a mainstream course

6 + Eligibility & Admissions Honors Program: on-line application Curricular AA/AS students Must maintain a 3.5 GPA First Time in College students: Placement into college-level, transferable coursework Current and transfer students: Completion of ≥12 credits of transferable, college- level coursework with at least a grade of “C” Admission contingent upon successful completion of all developmental coursework
