How did we get here? – Journey of Change The Journey of Change depicts the short and longer-term changes our programmes make to young people through our particular interventions. Why do we need it? Helps us to define and articulate the change we want to make to young people’s capabilities Defines the steps needed to make change happen – outcomes and interventions Defines the theory – and assumptions – underpinning our approach Helps to show us the outcomes partially or entirely within our control, and where we contribute to others Helps to work out where and how we can ‘measure’ our impact
