Questions.... Goleman devotes much of the first chapter to reviewing the seat of emotion and emotional response in the brain. Why do you think this he did so? A premise of EQ is that rationality alone cannot truly guide good decision-making. What are some examples, both from the text and your experience, supporting this concept?
