4. 4 Budgeting  All budgets must be well researched  Must explain specific needs of an event  Supporting materials must accompany requests

5. 5 Budget Example Advisor is required for overnight trips, so make sure to put advisor cost in your budgets. When the committee reviews the budget, we look for justification of the need for a certain line List what you want in order of importance THE LINES OF CONSISTENCY CHANGE EVERY YEAR. THEY ARE FLUID!
