Education at Ohio State Five Year Program for most areas Early Childhood Education –Major in HDFS, licensed at the Master’s level Middle Childhood Education –Major in Middle Childhood with two content area focuses, licensed at the Masters level Secondary –Major in one content area, licensed at the Master’s level

Typically, you spend four years in undergrad and one full year at the graduate level obtaining your license Special Education –Currently only undergraduate licensure program During undergrad, very important to work with children in a learning environment to gain knowledge and experience
