I. Jericho is the First Battle The enemy is Afraid The enemy is Afraid – Jos. 6:1 Christians should never fear the enemy of the Lord Smallest Christian should never be afraid of the largest sinner 1 John 5:4

I. Jericho is the First Battle Jericho is the first city to be taken Christians have their first battle Jas. 1:2 Luke 17:1 “…it is impossible but that occasions of stumbling should come.”

II. God Gave Jericho before It was taken Joshua 1:11 & 6:2 Many blessings given to Us We must possess them PrayerPeace Eternal Life

God has always demanded obedience Naaman – II Kings 5 Saul failed to obey – 1 Sam. 15 Nadab & Abihu – Offered Strange fire – Lev. 10 Some offer strange Music Some have a strange Baptism
