2 Highlight of the Activity performed in FY 2013-14 PSSAOWA 2013-14Slide 2 Swimming pool was made functional with a new motor Both the Borewell Repaired Water meter installed for both the borewells Third Borewell was scanned-No chances of revival STP AMC was renewed LIFT AMC was renewed Intercom AMC was mainteained Securty Services charges were renewed STP blowers were overhauled STP Tanks were cleaned RO plant Memberance change for B Block RO plant Media change for A block RO Plant Spare motor was taken back from vendor.This was pending from an year around STP spare motor was repaired and kept as back up Sensors for water overflow control was repaired Equipments at GYM were repaired

4 Summary of financial reports PSSAOWA 2013-14Slide 4 A fixed deposit of 6 lacs has been created,With that our fixed deposit stands 8 Lacs. At Present our Average expense per month is between 3.5 Lacs to 4 lacs per month. & our Average income per month is around 4.5 Lacs At present we have around 28 Defaulters out of which 12 flats payment are missing maintenance and rest of them are there for clearing late payment fine.

5 Some basic facts about PSS PSSAOWA 2013-14Slide 5 Every day we need around 55000 to 60000 Litres of fresh water which we either buy from tankers or farmland or our borewell When one borewell of PSS does not work,every day we have to spend around 1200 Rs extra to compensate for loss of water. Total turnover of water in our appartment (Including STP water) is around 1,00,000 Ltr per day Our STP plant runs 24 X 7. Our RO plant can prepare around 10000 Litres of drinking water Per day. Out of 158 Flat every month we are getting monthly maintenance payments – Via cheque from around 40 Flats – Most of the payment is received online If agreed we can make use of commonfloor for making online payments. In PSS we have 6 House keeping staff,1 Part time plumber and 6 Security Staffs
