5
This week has met my expectations so far.
6
In a staff/ teacher exchange the individual/ professional learning is the first goal – then comes the benefits for the university/ department.
7
When selecting teachers/ staff abroad, the first timers should be given the priority.
8
In my university the staff/ teacher exchanges are seen more as an opportunity than a must do.
9
In promoting the staff/ teacher exchange, we (intl office) tend to focus on documents and administration rather than the whole experience itself.
10
A teacher/ staff exchange abroad leads always to improved cultural skills.
11
A teacher exchange abroad leads always to improved pedagogical skills.
12
A succesful teacher/ staff exchange results always in activated student mobility.
13
A teacher/ staff exchange should always have some organised social programme also.
14
The responsibility of a succesful exchange experience is at least 50% on the host side.
15
I think that when recruiting new personnel, the willingness to go abroad as well as English language skills should also be required.
16
I think centralised staff and teacher exchange weeks are better than the individual exchanges.
17
I think that teacher and staff exchange weeks should be separate weeks, not combined.
