Learning outcomes By the end of this session participants should be able to: describe the 3 different models explained in the session use one of the models to help them reflect on their practice and identify learning/development needs transfer their learning needs onto the reflection stage of a CPD entry 3

So where do I start? Many of us reflect on a daily basis without realising it: You may talk over a difficult situation with a friend You may think over the day’s events on the way home You may informally discuss a work situation with colleagues During your Personal Development Review, you look back at your performance in the past year, and plan your development needs for the next year 4
