4. I. THEY ARE GUARDIANS “For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12. they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” Psalm 91:11-12

5. “That night the angel of the Lord went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the Assyrian camp. When the people (Israelites) got up the next morning—there were all the dead bodies (of the Assyrians)!” II Kings 19:35

7. II. THEY ARE GUIDES Providing for our needs (Hagar - Genesis 21:17-20); delivering us from evil (Peter - Acts 12); strengthening us when were are being tempted (Jesus - Matthew 4:11); encouraging us (the apostles -Acts 5:19,20); answering our prayers (Daniel - Daniel 9:20-24).
