4 D-B’S TARDY / ABSENCE POLICY REMINDER Please remember that participation in prom and graduation ceremony are tied directly to attendance. Students who accrue instances of tardiness or absenteeism greater than 10% of the time in any one class will be ineligible for these activities.

9 Organization Meeting TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2014 3:00pm WCSK Radio Station D-B Radio Club is open to any D-B student interested in Radio Broadcasting as a career or hobby Radio Broadcasting as a career or hobby.

10 Bus Line-up for 2014-2015 These buses will be lined up in the bus circle at the end of Block D. D-B - 1st Wave Line-Up: Buses 1, 3, 13, 16, 17, 9, 11, 2 and 21 Buses coming from Sevier: 7, 18, 4, 22, 15, 24, 19, 5 and 10 Buses coming from RNR: 8, 20, 23, 14, 6 and 12

11 Singleton Buses: Buses 00, 01, 04, 05 (if available) and 09 Singleton students that ride the following buses in the morning will ride Bus 00: BUSES 1, 2, 3, 6 (EXCEPT WARD PLACE, SULLIVAN GARDENS, WILLOWBROOK), 8, 11, 12, 16 AND 23 Note: When Bus 01 is not helping another driver on their PM route, they will do Bus 00’s Rock Springs and Colonial Heights singletons

12 Singleton students that ride the following buses in the morning will ride Bus 04: BUSES 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 17, 18, and 24 (north of Stone) Singleton students that ride the following buses in the morning will ride Bus 05: BUSES 18 AND 19 (RIVERVIEW ONLY) – if Bus 05 is available, otherwise Buses 04 and 09 will transport these riders Singleton students that ride the following buses in the morning will ride Bus 09: 6 (WARD PLACE AND SULLIVAN GARDENS PKWY), 13, 14, 15, 19 (LEE APARTMENTS/DOWNTOWN & RIVERVIEW), 20, 21, 22 AND 24 (south of Stone) Note: Bus 6 is doing his own singletons

17 D-B Girls Soccer Pancake Breakfast Saturday, August 9th 8:00-10:00am Applebee's off Eastman Road Tickets may be purchased from any girl soccer player for $5 or purchased at the door. Come out and support the Lady Indians Soccer Team.

21 You should receive an order from from your Block B teacher; extras available in the front office. You must bring your completed order form and picture money on your designated day. Schedules will be posted online and throughout the school. UNDERCLASS PICTURES will be made August 12 (Freshmen) & August 13 (Sophomores and Juniors)

22 Senior Make up Pictures Senior make up pictures will be scheduled by Lifetouch at their studio in Bristol. Any student who did not have his or her picture made this summer should call Lifetouch at 764-3778 to set up an appointment. Pictures must be taken by Lifetouch in order to appear in the senior section of the yearbook.
