17. Wellness Policy  Discovery School implements the District’s Wellness Policy to promote healthy eating habits and fitness  Please send healthy snacks and meals - fruits, vegetables, cheese, etc.  Birthday and holiday celebrations should be celebrated at home.

18. Field Trips CCSS aligned field trips. Some funding provided. Behavior will be considered. Parents are encouraged to volunteer. No child will be denied the opportunity to attend a field trip for lack of funds.
