4 SIP based mobile QoS model QoS-SIP proxy server the functions of SIP proxy server resource reservation Edge router The routers are placed at the boundary between the access networks and the DiffServ core network Bandwidth broker A logically centralized entity in charge of managing resources of whole Diffserv network It acts as an Admission Control Server
