Where it Began Career & Life Planning (Calp) started with an idea in 2008 Career & Life Planning is a professional training & coaching company founded and managed by Joe Delaney, a qualified coach and former Recruitment Director with BDO. The company provides many management, leadership and personal development programmes for different groups and individuals within the labour force. Frequent mix of “trying to avoid discomfort” versus “chasing meaning” and getting better “work-life balance” Developed our 5 Steps to Success Methodology which became fundamental to all our training and coaching programmes

Marking process for all ILM programmes There are 3 Marking processes 1.All Assignments are initially corrected by the tutor 2.A sample of the assessments are sent to the Internal Verifier to ensure that they have been marked to the standard and meet the marking criteria set by ILM 3.Further sample of the assessments and assessment decisions are sent to ILMs External Verifier to ensure that they are appropriate, consistent, and monitored across and within centres/providers.

ILM Guide to Award In the UK, this internationally recognised course is accredited to the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework (QFC) as a Level 5 Award. In Ireland, this award is recognised on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ), as a Level 6 Award.
