Backbone called vertebrae Is the center of the skeleton. Locate the backbone All the bones of the body are connected to this column

Backbone If you move your fingers down your back you feel 26 small bones- Vertebrae Vertebrae- make up your backbone Helps you bend and move

Bones Protect many organs EX: Skull protects your brain Make blood cells Store minerals such as calcium and phosphorus These minerals make your bones hard and strong
