So What? Are teams effective? Is the Trainer of Trainer model working? Are Ss in co-taught classes being served more effectively? Have co-teachers improved instruction? Have attitudes about co-teaching improved? Is the school moving forward with regard to co-teaching & differentiated instruction?

What’s Next? Project goals: Co-teaching, DI, and IEPs As we move into DI & IEP content…. Team changes? More time for observation? Instructional coaching? Focus on special ed teachers as change agents?
