Sept. 15th, 2005 One day excursion to traditional landscape in Kami, Central Hyogo, visit of washi museum, rice terraces and satoyama landscapes. (With Dr. Ichinose).

8 July 22nd, 2005Evaluation: Regional Landscape Planning What did you like best? I started to consider the variety of processes in landscape (short, medium, long term) I learned about different kinds of tourism (rural, eco-tourism, agro-tourism) Introducing pictures of other countries´landscape Eating a lot of strawberries (for free) during excursion in Goshiki I learned about regional background of Awaji-shima, in particular the water system. The excursion in Goshiki with seeing the practical examples Learning of Nanairo project, which was my task to elaborate I learned about eco-tourism, have never considered about this Important for my (and any) planning background to think in long-, medium and short term

English as lecturing language The role play was not so easy to understand I would like to have more lecturing about Austrian tourism, e.g. tourism systems, reasons for development I did assignment without enough understanding (English language!) Limited time for presentations
