CAROLS IN THE PARK Carols in the Park is on Sunday 13 th December from 4.30 till 5.30pm in Chapel Allerton Park. Please pray for the event and your part in it. Let’s be inviting friends, family, neighbours and work colleagues to come along! Heavy Mob FOR CITP Able-bodied and attending Carols in the Park this year? We urgently need volunteers to help with set-up and take-down for CITP. The morning work will be done between 9 and ~11.30 and clear up after the show should take a couple of hours. Help in either/ both of the morning or evening will be much appreciated. Please contact James Bell if you think you can help (jamesandbeccibell@gmail.com or on 07905231147) STORAGE NEEDED FOR CitP ITEMS Does anyone have a dry garage/cellar/attic space where we could store some Carols in the Park items during the year? We’re looking for storage for the pieces of scaffolding (poles & brackets) and the (folded-down!) mince pie gazebo. See Robin. Housegroups generally meet on Monday, Tuesday and alternate Thursday evenings. Please see notice board in corridor. Tuesdays - Totally Tuesday for Years 5-7, 6.30 - 8pm in Chapel All. Methodist Hall. SUNDAY 22 nd NOVEMBER 2015 Today Rick will be leading our worship and after the break Simon will be continuing our series “From Here to Maturity”, talking on “I am Free to do the Good”. Welcome to Chapel A CHURCH MEETING ON TUESDAY NIGHT Come and join us on Tuesday night at 7.45pm at the Riches’ to welcome new members, catch up on church family news and spend some time worshipping together. We are hoping to have a shorter-than-usual meeting followed by drinks afterwards, maybe a group outing to the pub? Agendas are on the Welcome Desk. KIDz KLUB BIG BREAKFAST Eat, drink, pray and connect with the work of Kidz Klub on Saturday 28 th November from 8.30am at Bridge Street Church. FRIDAY EVENING GATHERING The next Chapel A Friday evening gathering will be on Friday 4 th December at 7.45pm. Come and spend time in the presence of God, worshipping together. JAM AND JEWELLERY Pop in to Helllie Webb’s on Saturday 5 th December from 2 till 8pm for a beautiful selection of handmade jewellery, chutneys and jams – great Christmas presents and all in aid of CAP. There will be nibbles and drinks too. TWO HOURS TO SPARE FOR THE FOODBANK? Our local Leeds Foodbank is collecting food at Tesco on Roundhay Road on 4 th and 5 th December. They receive a large amount of money from Tesco based on the amount of food collected and it’s good publicity.
