SRMS Expectations You are SAFE when you: follow all rules on the bus and in every area of the school building. explain what is bothering you and what you need someone to do differently. resolve conflict with words or mediation, never with violence. immediately tell an adult about things that are destructive, dangerous or disturbing. walk in all areas of the building and on the right side of the hallways. SRMS Expectations You are READY to LEARN when you: arrive to school each day on time and dressed according to the dress code. enter each class on time with required materials and at least one pencil. record assignments and events daily in your agenda book. keep your binders, folders, locker and agenda book organized. know the learning goals for each class and make sure you meet every one. SRMS Expectations You are RESPONSIBLE when you: try your best and strive for excellence on each assignment. participate in class and follow along carefully. ask teachers for work after an absence and turn it in promptly. concentrate in class and focus on work at all times. turn off cell phones and have electronic devices put away. do not chew gum, drink or eat during class time. return forms to school on time and completed.
