6. PROMOTION BUILDER 1.Select a product template; you may feature 4 or 6 products 2.Select a color scheme 3.Select a logo 4.Add/Edit address 5.Add/Edit headline 6.Select/Edit product 7.Select/Edit promotion expiration date

7. ADD/EDIT PRODUCT 1.Find product by typing the part number into product field 2.Select product 3.Enter product price 4.If you so desire, you may edit the text for the product description 5.Select ‘Update’

8. Error Proper Positioning ADD/EDIT PRODUCT NOTE: If you find that the text does not fit in the OPB fields it may be prudent to adjust the text in the description fields during the last step.

9. Error Proper Positioning ADD/EDIT PRODUCT TROUBLESHOOTING TIP: Problem 1 - If the part numbers are not in their proper position (having too much space between the F&B’s and Part #’s), this means there is too much empty space below the ‘Product Description’. To fix this problem select the edit button and remove the extra spacing below the last description bullet.

10. Error Proper Positioning ADD/EDIT PRODUCT TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: Problem 2 – If the Features and Benefits are not in their proper position (big gap between the picture and F&B’s), this means there is too much empty space before the ‘Product Description’. To fix this problem select the edit button and remove the extra spacing above the first bullet.

11. GENERATE YOUR PDF 1.Once your flyer is complete, select ‘Generate PDF’ at the bottom of the page
