Lesson : Patience will end God is longsuffering – But He is also Holy. God is – patient, loving, kind, good, gentle God is also – pure, holy, righteous Habakkuk 1:13a You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, And cannot look on wickedness. While God is patient; His patience is not eternal. There will come an end to the patience. He will judge the wicked and punish them.

Lesson : God is no respector God is no respecter of persons Amos 3:2-3 2 "You only have I known of all the families of the earth; Therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities." 3 Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? God will judge the lost. He will chasten His own people. Every person will stand before God.

Most think this verse says – get ready to face God on judgment day. Most will say – Prepare, get ready, judgement is coming – Are you ready to face God?

Context – previous verses in this chapter : God fought Egypt – plagues God fought Sodom – homosexuality God fought Ahab – no rain for 42 months Are you prepared to fight God and win?

Lesson : God can use you Amos 7:14 Then Amos answered, and said to Amaziah: "I was no prophet, Nor was I a son of a prophet, But I was a sheepbreeder and a tender of sycamore fruit. Amos was not a “trained” preacher, prophet, or leader. You do not need a masters degree in Bible to teach the lost.
