Developing a JSA SEQUENCE OF JOB STEPSPOTENTIAL HAZARDSSAFE JOB PROCEDURE * Prepare the tools and equipments needed * Wear gloves and safety shows. * Shutdown the generator. * Determine the problem and determine the solution. * Replace the failed parts. * Ensure each part in its place. * Test the generator. * Write a report of the problem and its causes. * Write feedback recommendations. * Use improper tool instead of the base tool needed. *Use improper ladder or unstable one. * Replace the parts with wrong way. Turn on the generator and stand near the gears or the smoke. * Forget connect the wires together. * The worker forget to describe the situation of the problem. * Use proper equipments, ladders, clothes and safety shows. * Stand the ladder well. * Shutdown the generator. * Determine the source of the problem. * Replace failed parts and insert the new one using good equipments and fix it right. * Test the generator. * Write situation progress report. * Give advices to avoid the problem on the future. * Ensure all plugs and parts in its place.
