Community Preservation - Accomplishments Preserved 95 acres farm, woodland & waterfronts Supported affordable housing Purchased 3 lots, considered in others Supported Municipal Housing Trust Assisted 4 homeowners lower purchase price Supplemented town budget, within the confines of the state act Town Hill walkway, 2 cemeteries, library schoolhouse, shade structure @ Pond Street, preserve town’s vital records

Community Preservation Committee - by the numbers Past Expenditures thru town meeting votes = $3.23 million Current Budget Town’s fiscal commitment 2011 = $ 272,969.00 State match (rec’d Oct. 2010) = $ 191,007.00 Total Funds Available = $ 3.15 million Recommendations for town meeting Articles 19 -20, 23-28, 33 = $ 386,150 To improve Gump’s, Support affordable housing, Restore historic mural Does not include administration & banking
