Registration Instructions for the IA Neighborhood Watch Community Workspace In April 2014 DAU implemented a single sign on solution called Empower ID (EID) across all of its resources with the intent of making future access easier for all DoD acquisition professionals. Please follow the directions provided below to gain access to the International Agreement (IA) Neighborhood Watch Community workspace: Step 1 - Submit an application for an account for the IA Neighborhood Watch Community workspace via the SAAR form located at https://saar.dau.mil/ to be added to the EID system.https://saar.dau.mil/ Note: this step is necessary even if you have previously established an ACC account.

Registration Instructions for the IA Neighborhood Watch Community Workspace Step 2 - Once your new SAAR request has been processed you will receive a series of automatic notification emails containing your DAU ID and a temporary password. – At this point you will need to navigate to the EID site (https://identity.dau.mil) and change your temporary password to a permanent value.https://identity.dau.mil Step 3 - Once logged in you will see the EID dashboard and you can change your password by selecting the “Change Password” option which is the first option located in the upper left hand corner.

Registration Instructions for the IA Neighborhood Watch Community Workspace Step 4 - After changing your password to a permanent one, send an email to Ivan.Teper@dau.mil and cc the alias acc@dau.mil stating that you are requesting access to the (IA) Neighborhood Watch Community Workspace, located at: https://acc.dau.mil/CommunityBrowser.aspx?id=678967&lang=en-US.Ivan.Teper@dau.mil https://acc.dau.mil/CommunityBrowser.aspx?id=678967&lang=en-US Notes: Since the IA Neighborhood Watch Community Workspace is a private space, you must be granted access/membership. After receiving your email, the ACC membership management team will work with Ivan Teper to grant you the requested access and send you a follow up email once access has been approved.
