8. Admissions  Students in ESL 050 can apply to the U of R now and be accepted once they pass ESL!  Applicants who complete ESL 050 at the University of Regina do not need to submit a proficiency test score such as TOEFL.  You must have a Study Permit to continue to study in Canada.
