2. Watch the video Inferring Pictures Inferring Pictures Inferring Pictures

3.  Stop here to look at the Storybird picture on the SmartBoard and make some inferences.  You will be sharing these inferences with the class.

4. On the Links page of our class website, click on the Language Arts button; then click on the Storybird link.

5. Type in our class username and password.

6. Click on the WRITE button at the top of the page.

7. Choose a picture. You can click on a theme ( Artwork Tags ) for more pictures. Make some inferences from your chosen picture.

8. Complete questions #1 and #2 on the Inferring with Pictures worksheet.

9.  Share your chosen picture with a partner and explain your infereces.  Together brainstorm a possible story to go with each person’s picture and inferences.

10. Watch the video to learn how to write a story on Storybird.

11. Write a story using Storybird, based on the inferences you made. Have fun! Have fun!
