Methodology  Audited via brief questionnaire distributed to carers (Feedback positive !)  Distribution approved by line manager and directorate manager  Liaison with GP surgeries, psychiatrists, hospitals, voluntary and social care agencies for distribution  100 leaflets printed initially  Amendments made and leaflet reprinted
