4. French School News Nurtured Heart – Is intended to energize the positive, it is a positive approach to behavior management. Reset doesn’t mean you are in trouble. It’s a chance to start over. Fine Arts – Our mission statement says that we will foster creativity. One way that we are doing this is through Fine Arts Integration. This means that we will use music, art, drama, dance and creative writing in conjunction with our district curriculum to allow students to fully develop skills in both a content area and a fine arts area. Students are very enthusiastic about these activities and you will hear more about them as the year progresses. Attendance and Tardies

5. Class Information In ELA and Social Studies most grades as well as class work will be done in our Writers Notebooks, Readers Notebook and Social Studies Spiral. In Math and Science grades come from a variety of sources. You are always welcome to visit and look through your child's work. Wednesday Folders are a valuable communication tool. Please carefully look over them every Wednesday night the sign and return them the next morning. Library is on Thursday this year so Wednesday night make sure your library book is packed. Math and Science homework packet will go home on Friday and is due the following Thursday.
