Systems Improvement through Service Collaboratives (SISC) is part of the Open Minds, Healthy Minds: Ontario’s Comprehensive Mental Health and Addictions Strategy Service Collaboratives bring together multi-sectoral stakeholders to address system gaps and implement meaningful interventions 18 Service Collaboratives were established in communities across Ontario – including Scarborough and East York SISC OVERVIEW

SEY Service Collaborative 2 Community stakeholders Evidence Service Providers Youth Advisory Group Youth Focus Groups Intervention Walk-in service for youth in a space they already access Identified Gap Lack of timely and accessible mental health services and supports for youth

SEY Service Collaborative 3 Walk-in service to support youth with mental health concerns before they reach crisis Services will be offered in a space that youth are already accessing Will provide mental health counselling, as well as other holistic services to address needs of youth (e.g., justice, employment, settlement, etc.) Resourced by community partners
