2. 2 Objetives (I) Establish a country-owned space to facilitate interaction and mutual learning in the different aspects related to monitoring and evaluation of policies and programs. use of these systems in sector ministries planning and management. and the use of these systems in the budgetary and policy decision making process.

High level officiers from sectoral ministries, finance ministries, planning departments. 7. 7 This network should facilitate regional activities where synergies are exploited, and countries make the most of externalities Should complement and leverage country level efforts and the support that WB and IDB teams are providing to countries
