2 Lean Maturity Tracker (LMT) is a metric to measure the maturity of Lean Engagement in any business entity. A business entity could be a line, an account, a building within campus, a site, a campus, a segment or the company itself. There are following five sub-drivers to Lean maturity in Flextronics and each sub-driver has number of different elements. The objective is to move the score from 0 to 5 in each of these elements by sustainable deployment of Lean methodologies in our processes, thereby moving the overall mean LMT score from 0 to 5 1)Lean Leadership 2)Lean Fundamentals 3)Heijunka 4)End to End Pull 5)Jidoka Lean Maturity Tracker 1 234 5
