Our next unit is about shapes and requires knowledge of a lot of vocabulary terms. On Thursday/Friday, we are having a vocabulary quiz about angles. This will be a summative grade. You will be given the answers word for word today. You simply need to memorize them.
5
When naming angles with 3 letters, make sure the order of the letters traces out the actual angle. The vertex, or corner, is always the middle letter.

Create a 4-column chart in your notes

This is what your vocabulary quiz will look like. Study and memorize the chart!

Direct Station We will use Educreations to work on various angle problems. The problems are located on my staff webpage. We will use a tracker to make sure everyone is on task on doing well on the problems.
17
Independent Station You will make the corrections on the Unit 2 Assessment that we took last week. Open up the pdf in Links for December 1 st /2 nd on my webpage. You need to write down the explanation and answer for any problems you did not get full credit on. Keep your test out because I am going to send a student around to help make sure that everyone is actually doing the corrections. There is also a Google Form with questions similar to the test problems.
