2. How bad is “BAD”? Took 10 gold GEMs from “bad” box (old HBD GEMs) Standard washing procedure Only 2 were recovered, all the rest had shorted strips Pock marks remain after washing (but cover very small area)

3. Accounting: Gold GEMs –4 already evaporated, 1 in storage –3 coming from WIS –2 recovered from “bad” GEMs from previous HBD incarnations (lots of washing by REU students and testing by Jiayin) –As of now we have NO SPARES, I think we should have at least 2 –There are 11 more gold GEMs with CsI, i.e. not previously washed, waiting to be washed today (24 more total)

4. HBD West One GEM draws current, 45MOhm (???) Everybody else seems OK All 10 stacks running simultaneously HBD East In glovebox, purging, vacuuming, repeat …then regen …THEN put in gold GEMs w/CsI Start long HV tests ~end of next week
