5. Maintain the SAON database on ongoing activities A database has already been established on the basis of the National Implementation Plans It contains records on countries, activities, networks, organizations, regions, sites, etc. Must be updated

6. Maintain the SAON web site Inventory of networks (including database and national reports) Inventory of tasks, including progress reports Opportunities for joint activities, like announcing cruises, station activities, expeditions Opportunities for funding Background documents, like Arctic Council, declarations, etc. Meeting documents (Open and closed part)

7. Prepare for SAON Board meetings Invitations, meeting documents (Closed part)
