Part A : Micro-Listening Exercise 2: Early rising is beneficial in more than one way. First, it helps to keep us fit. It can improve our health to take morning exercises. Secondly, early rising helps us in our studies. In the morning we find it easier to memorize what we learn. Thirdly, it gives us enough time to get ready for our work. It enables us to plan for the day. No one can work well without a proper plan. As the English proverb says, “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”
