5 Pilot Began in Fall 2008 Sakai 2.5.3 then 2.6.0 Started with 14 faculty, now have 200 sites with approx. 2,000 users Blackboard Learning Suite 6.3 running concurrently Blackboard license expires September 2010

8 Production Target production is July 12 th, 2010 Sakai ver. 2.6.2 Expect all Blackboard users to migrate plus new users Blackboard migration around 2,200 courses Migration Strategy –Analyzed faculty usage –Three stages for each semester (Spring 2009 – Summer 2010) to account for 18 mos. retention policy –Support for users through the Instructional Technology Group, IS Service Desk and Library Staff
