Leadership On your own, write 2 - 5 people that you know personally whose leadership you admire. Join with a partner, ask your partner to tell you a bit about each of the people on the list. As he/she talks about that person, write down any character traits, adjectives or personality traits that you hear. Make a list for each person and then at the end, check what all the people has in common. Switch and do the same to your partners list.
