How to Halogen: Attaching Documents to your employee's Ed.smudde@co.monroe.wi.us

Once you login to Halogen click on My Employees tab to see the list of your employees.

From here you can add Documents. Click on the number of documents for the employee you are looking to add a document to.

This will take you to that employees documents tab. From here you will click on the Add button.

This will prompt you to give a title to the document you would like to add.

Next you browse for the file you are looking to attach, and select who you would like to have visibility rights to this document. After that hit OK.

Once you hit ok the file will be uploaded to that employees file and if you shared the visibility with the Employee they will have access to it through there Halogen Account under there Documents tab.

Why use this feature? My goal is to get everyone’s current job description up and on this website. I have began this process, but it is quite time consuming. So please be patient. Feel free to use this as a tool to add documents you feel necessary that coincide with an employees evaluation. These can be viewed while you complete the evaluation by using the split screen button. – The split screen feature is in the following slides.
