On the school bus, Leo used pencils to beat a rhythm on the seats and windows. He whistled tunes along with the beats and sometimes sang words he’d made up. During tests Leo often tapped his feet and his fingers while filling in the answers. When the fifth grade has music class, Leo was the first one in the room. Sometimes when the other students got to music class they would find Leo touching the trumpets and the violins, or sitting at the piano with a look of awe on his face. Mr. Sanchez would always
